Hi everyone! This week at Craft Punked our challenge is themed around American Independence Day, 4th July. I feel I ought to be doing something to celebrate this since I now have an American sister... maybe I'll get some blueberries or something!
Anyway, here is my project. I decided this would be a good time to scrap some of our pictures from the big North America trip...
This is just a nice 12x12 sheet of white cardstock on which I have made a sort-of US flag with masking tape, sequin waste, Distress Inks and white paint. I printed the photos, title and wording and then added some handwritten details too. The stickers are from a big sheet of Minnesota theme ones I bought at the Mall of America - there was a fab craft shop there called Archiver's which would be worth the airfare just to go back and look round again...
