This week's Glitter Geeks challenge theme is 'Under the Sea' - my card doesn't adhere very strictly to that but I hope the girls are prepared to be a bit flexible! It's definitely seasidey so hopefully that'll count! This is a birthday card for Ed's sister who's really into scuba diving:
The little girl is carrying what I really hope is a diving breathing tube thing (I have no idea what it's actually called, I can't even swim let alone dive :)) so I thought it would be appropriate for her!
The stamp is from Panduro Hobby, coloured with Promarkers and the lovely beachy paper is a Prima one. I coloured the ribbon with a Promarker as well since it wasn't the right colour, the buttons are from my button jar and the little seahorse charm is one I bought in Primark, I think it's meant to go on a charm bracelet really but I decided to repurpose it.
Anyway that's my card for today. Hope you are all having better weather than we are - it's rained for most of the week here and it's currently absolutely chucking it down again. If it wasn't still just about light you'd think it was winter! A friend of mine is getting married on Saturday so hopefully it will cheer up before then!
Too cute! I love the little charm and the buttons. You did a fab job on your coloring:)! Thanks for joining us at Glitter Geeks this week and good luck!
