In both senses it's time for tea - I'm posting a tea themed card when actually I should be cooking some tea for us! I thought I'd post this now though in case I forget later, my memory's been rubbish lately!
This is my entry for this week's Glitter Geeks challenge - they were kind enough to pick me as a runner up last week so it seemed like a good idea to enter again! I love this card and I think I might keep it for myself!
Please excuse the dark photo! This image is another one from Crafts U Print, coloured with Promarkers. I coloured around the image with Satin as well to tone the very stark white cardstock in with the other colours on the card. The lovely paper is one from the V&A pack, the sentiment was a magazine freebie. I also used my beloved Nestabilities Labels 1. Actually I bought new Nesties the other day (Curved Rectangles) and I haven't used them yet! I don't know what's wrong with me!
I'm off now to make some pasta and check on my stuck punch - I tried to punch through some linen paper last night with a very expensive punch and it got stuck - not my best idea ever - but it's been in the freezer now for almost 24 hours so hopefully might be fixed?? fingers crossed because I need it to make about 80 place cards for Ed's sister's wedding!!
That's a lovely card! The DP is so pretty and bold. Thanks for joining us at Glitter Geeks again this week. It's great to see you back!
