PolkaDots!

Hi everyone! This week at Glitter Geeks our theme is Polka Dots. I've recently got back into scrapbooking, which is something I haven't done for a while; as a big fan of Craft Stamper, I couldn't resist their new magazine Scrap365 and it's been very inspirational! Here's a layout I made recently using lots of dots:

The 12x12 paper was a gift from my brother & sister-in-law in the US. I chose it for this layout because the direction of the stripes matched the direction Ed's hair is blowing in! I remember saying when I took this photo that we'd always remember the wind direction when we looked at it. I cut out lots of different circles from dotty and stripy papers to frame the photo, and punched out some stars for accents. The title is die-cut from black card and the journalling is just handwritten, my favourite kind.
