Well it's been nearly a year since I posted here. Blogging got to be a bit of a chore for me I think. I never stopped making things, though, so I could probably queue up a year's worth of posts now (don't worry, I'm not going to!)
Anyway, my reason for reviving the old blog is, of course, a challenge! This is my entry for the Graph'It Colour Challenge, which is to colour something white!
I found these two blue Flexmarkers (Celestial Blue & Glacier Blue) in my basket today and thought, why don't I ever use these? I remembered why when I couldn't find any papers in the same shade! So that's why she is directly on the Kraft. I coloured her dress blue-white, and her string of paper dolls brown-white. I stencilled a bit of VersaMark for her to stand on and added white embossing power. It looks a bit like snow, which wasn't what I intended but might be a handy effect for Christmas...
Materials:
Kraft card blank
Promarkers: Satin, Blush, Dusky Pink, Oatmeal, Burnt Orange, Terracotta, Henna, Walnut, Morning Mist, Cobalt Blue
Flexmarkers: Celestial Blue, Glacier Blue
Sentiment printed from the computer - I think the font is called Tuna & Hotdogs on Rye...
Thanks for visiting!
